After you have joined our membership, you will receive an email with instructions to provide us with your appliance/appliances make, model number and serial number. This is requested to ensure that when a breakdown occurs, we can often attend with the necessary parts to ensure minimal downtime. Upon arrival, the engineer will perform safety checks, diagnose any potential issues with the appliance and determine whether or not the appliance can be repaired immediately or if parts are needed. We will ensure to keep you updated throughout the process.

Our repair process: If the repair can be completed without parts, the engineer will fix your appliance and only the call out fee is required. If your appliance requires parts which are in stock, the engineer can fit them immediately, test the appliance and complete the job – further payment is required for parts and labour, all fees are fixed and will be confirmed prior to fitting the part and completing the installation. In the unlikely event that the parts are not available, you will only pay the call out fee initially. We will then source the part and contact you to pay for the part and book your appointment for the engineer to return and fit them. Our engineers will install the parts, perform safety checks and confirm the appliance is fully working before leaving. No charge is required for the engineers time on the follow up visit, these visits are free of charge. You are only required to pay for the parts needed to complete the repair. Parts are typically delivered within 3-5 days. For all attendances, we will notify you the day prior to your appointment and 1 hour prior to attending so you know when we will be attending. After we attend, you’ll receive an invitation to share your feedback which helps us to continue improving and providing you with the utmost best possible service.
