20. Distance Selling & 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For purchases made remotely (online, email, or phone), you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the service agreement or confirmation.

To cancel, notify us at info@britishpropertymaintenance.com with your order details.

Services cancelled within this period are eligible for a full refund, minus any services already rendered.

After 14 days, cancellation may still be possible but may be subject to fees for services performed as per our cancellation policy.
