A single repair call-out costs £85. With breakdown cover for two appliances, every covered call-out is then discounted, with an annual service included for eligible appliances.

After you join, we email you to collect the make, model and serial number of each appliance, so our engineers can often arrive with the right parts. If a repair needs parts, we confirm a fixed price before anything is fitted, so there are no surprises.
